Lying 26 miles from Belfast and 3 miles north of Larne, Ballygally has a sandy beach and is home to what is said to be the oldest occupied building in Ireland - Ballygally Castle, which is apparently haunted!

The castle is used as a hotel and, if you are brave enough, you can stay in the "ghost room." Ideal base for visiting the Glens of Antrim and good for self catering Ballygalley.
