The house is perfect for a self-catering holiday let in Belfast with parking for 3-5 cars and within walking distance of the city and its attractions. The house has 4 bedrooms to sleep 8 people comfortably. There is a large kitchen and dining area and a homely living room with a gas effect fire. The holiday home is finished with quality furnishings and is in excellent decorative order. There is an enclosed garden at the rear of the house.

The house is only 2 miles from Belfast City Centre and is an easy walk. It is served by excellent public transport and taxi routes and is very close to all the amenities you would expect from a city centre location. Castlereagh Shopping centre is very near as is Ormeau Park and the River Lagan.

Belfast is a wonderful cosmopolitan city with many tourist attractions and a colourful history. It is where the famous Titanic ship was built and a visit to the new Titantic Quarter is highly recommended. Top places to visit are the Odyssey Arena, home of the Belfast Giants, The Waterfront Hall, a world-class concert venue, The Crown bar a famous Victorian pub, Queens University and the Grand Old Opera House.
