Cushendun is a picturesque coastal resort village with a sheltered harbour, a beauty spot and lovely for self catering Cushendun. Located in the heart of the Glens area at the mouth of the river Dun at the foot of Glendun, one of the famous Glens of Antrim.  It was designated a conversation area in 1980 due to it's outstanding natural beauty and has been an inspiration to painters for many years.
