A peninsula on the east coast of county Antrim, located between Larne and Carrickfergus, Islandmagee has a long history since the mesolithic era. A dive centre operates from here offering diving trips and whale and bird-watching trips along the coast to Rathlin Island, and as far afield as The Isle of Man and Scotland.
