The historic walled sea port of Youghal is a great seaside destination 29km east of Cork City. There are two Blue Flag beaches and lots of ancient buildings which make a walking tour of the town fascinating.

The Clock Gate, the Lighthouse, The Church and The Town Walls are well worth a visit. There are plenty of apartments and holiday homes available to rent locally.
