Murvagh Beach Cottages are beautiful Irish holiday cottages in a stunning location on the edge of a long golden sandy beach in a glorious part of Donegal.
There are 9 holiday cottages located together at Murvagh beach, ideal for extended families or large groups. The cottages are beautifully furnished and have patio doors leading out to a sunny patio and lawn area. Each cottage has 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 people comfortably. They have everything you need to make this a perfect escape to a private retreat in a beautiful location.
Murvagh Beach is a special area of conservation because of the superb extensive dune system. The beach is 3km long, calm and sheltered and the water is safe for bathing. There are life guards on duty throughout the summer season. It is also very popular with board and kite surfers and the renowned big wave surfing beaches of Rossnowlagh and Bundoran are all within easy driving distance. If you like horse-riding, the beach and adjacent forest offer excellent trails.
The self-catering cottages are located very near the outstanding championship links golf course at Donegal Golf Club. It is regularly featured in the Top 100 courses in the UK and Ireland. The other very popular links course is only 30 minutes away at Narin/Portnoo and offers stunning views over Gwebarra Bay.
South Donegal is a haven for outdoor pursuits and popular with walkers, hikers, mountain biking and cycling. It is also home to Slieve League, Europe's highest cliffs, the majestic Bluestack mountains and Glenveagh National Park, Ireland's largest National Park. With so much to see and do, you'll be glad you have a beautiful cottage in a tranquil location where you can relax and enjoy time out.

Booking Conditions
A third of the total rental amount is required as a booking deposit. The balance is payable in cash on arrival.
A damage deposit of €100 is also required on arrival (this is refunded on departure, subject to conditions).
