Bunbeg Holiday Homes are a group of 8 traditional holiday cottages in the popular seaside village of Bunbeg.
The holiday cottages are part of a secure private development located in a quiet peaceful setting, very safe for children with miles of golden sandy beaches only 1 km away. Seven of the cottages are detached and one is a ground floor apartment. There is a childrens play area and new tennis court all on site along with parking, individual gardens and seated decking areas.
The cottages are perfect for families or groups who like to be accommodated together. You have the choice of 2 bedroomed cottages to sleep 6, 3 bedroomed to sleep 7, 4 bedroomed to sleep 8 and there is a 5 bedroomed cottage to sleep 6. Let us know what your requirements are and we would be happy to allocate you with the cottage to match your needs.
Bunbeg with Europe's smallest harbour, is a popular town with many festivals throughout the year including the famous Mary from Dungloe Festival. There are good leisure facilities and great pubs and restaurants including superb dining at the Ostan Gaoth Dobhair Hotel. Seafood restaurants, traditional music and horse riding are all available locally.
Donegal boasts some of the best scenery in Ireland and here you will see plenty of it. Visit Glenveigh National Park and experience it's peace and tranquility among the Derryveagh mountains. Fish for salmon on the Clady River and the children will love the Dunlewey Lakeside Center. Enjoy quiet walks along the beach or for the more adventurous why not climb Errigal, Donegal's highest mountain.
The golfer has a choice of golf courses, Gweedore 3km, Cruit 20km, Dunfanaghy 30km, Portnoo 40km and many more dotted around the county.
