Hillcrest - Bundoran, Donegal

Hillcrest House is a beautiful holiday home centrally located in the popular seaside town of Bundoran, County Donegal.

It is one of the McCauley group of holiday homes, a family who have been excellent providers of self-catering accommodation for over 30 years. The house is rated as 3* by Failte Ireland, the Irish Tourist Board.

Hillcrest is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the excellent promenade. There are 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 people. Two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a twin bedrooms. A cot can be provided if requested. There is a comfortable living room with a warm open fire and a conservatory to the rear.

Local amenities include Waterworld in the centre of town and there is a multi-screen cinema which are both ideal for all the family.  Bundoran is know as the surf capital on the West coast of Ireland and with 2 surf schools in the town. There are championship golf links nearby and there are many Blue Flag beaches along the coastline. Along with all the restaurants, pubs and music you can be assured, you will never be short of entertainment in this town.

Set in Donegal against the majestic Benbulbin mountain range, Ballyshannon and Belleek are only a short 5 minute drive away. The local beaches at Rossnowlagh and Murvagh are only 10 minutes away.

Visit Belleek village, home to the world famous pottery or Castle Coldwell Island where you can walk around the island and feed the swans and ducks. The renowned Marble Arch Caves is a great day out and is a short 30 minutes drive.

There are many lakes in the surrounding area, ideal for fishing and a variety of Golf courses all within short reach.

The house is ideally situated for touring Donegal, Fermanagh or Sligo with many stunning scenic coastal drives.
