Carrigart is situated at the base of the Rossguill Penninsula in a tranquil and superb scenic setting between Mulroy Bay and Sheephaven Bay, great for self catering Carrigart. The picturesque Victorian architecture gives this village its quaint character.

It is an ideal base to explore Glenveigh National Park and the surrounding areas. Swimming is not recommended in Mulroy Bay or Boveeghter as it is deemed unsafe. The village has a range of pubs, restaurants and hotels making it a lively place for entertainment.
