Pine View Self-Catering Holiday Home is a large traditional stone house surrounded by rolling countryside and close to lakes, beaches and mountains in beautiful Donegal.
This 4 bedroomed accommodation is very spacious and comfortably furnished. There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor and 2 double rooms (1 ensuite) and a twin bedroom upstairs and each bedroom has a television. A fold-away bed is also available. The holiday home can sleep 8 or 9 people and is ideal for a large family or group. The kitchen and dining room are very large and the sitting room features an extra large fireplace with realistic coal effect fire. There is a large courtyard area with beautiful views of the Bluestack mountains and a picnic area for family dining during summer. There is a large play area with swings for children and ample off-road parking.
The house is located only 3 miles from Donegal Town and the pretty village of Mountcharles is 2 miles with shops, pubs and restaurants. There are amazing beaches to explore at Murvagh and Rossnowlagh which are also very popular for watersports, including surfing, kayaking and wind-surfing. Walkers will thoroughly enjoy the area as there is a vast array of coastal and mountain walks. Golfers have a choice of excellent golf courses including Donegal Golf Course at Murvagh and Bundoran Golf Course.
Donegal Town is a busy market town with 20 pubs, 18 restaurants and is a very popular stop for tourists. It is only a short drive from the holiday home and we recommend a visit to Donegal Castle, the Old Abbey and the hand weavers, Magees of Donegal.
