The sea views over Fintragh Bay and Donegal Bay are beautiful and the gardens around the house are meticulously maintained. The Blue Flag beach is only 3 miles away and the village with it's pubs, restaurants and shops are only 2 miles.

Killybegs is considered the jewel in the crown of the South West Donegal peninsula, and is Ireland's premier fishing port. It is home to the largest fishing fleet in Ireland in its natural harbour, the home- place of the Atlantic Dawn, which was one of the largest fishing vessels in country. There are lots of excellent walks in the area. Walking maps are available at the Maritime and Heritage Visitor Centre.

In Killybegs you can visit the factory which once designed, dyed and thread wool by hand- knotters, and produced world- class Donegal Carpets that can still be seen in such places as Dublin Castle, The Oval Room at the White House, the Vatican, Buckingham Palace, stately homes, and foreign embassies throughout the globe.
