Captains Cove is a wonderful holiday home located on Ireland's most northerly point, Malin Head, a popular tourist attraction.

This 3 bedroomed self catering accommodation is beautifully furnished and exudes comfort, making it a perfect home from home. The holiday home sleeps 9 people comfortably; it has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom downstairs and upstairs, a family room with a double and single bed and another family room with 2 double beds.

The ground floor is open plan providing an elegant spacious feel. The lounge area features a fabulous stone fireplace, ideal for cosy evenings. The stylish fitted kitchen has a separate utility room for storing prams or sports equipment. The dining area has glass doors which lead to a patio and large deck, perfect for al fresco dining on the long summer evenings.

The house enjoys a great location, situated near the local beach, supermarket, pubs and restaurant. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and local amenities. A greater choice of restaurants and pubs can be found a short distance away in Malin town, located 15 minutes from Malin Head.

Malin Head is well known as Ireland's most northerly point and beautiful Banba's Crown is the most northerly tip. The area attracts many visitors who love to stand on the edge of Ireland and view the spectacular panoramic coastline against the wild Atlantic ocean. Ballyhillion Beach, east of Banba's Crown is a lovely safe beach, ideal for swimming. The area is popular with hill-walkers with excellent scenic coastal rambles. Good viewing spots are Hell's Hole, Devil's Arch where you can see Inishtrahill Island and on a good day the Scottish Hebrides.

Golfers will not be disappointed with the famous Ballyliffin Golf Course only a 30 minute drive away. It has 2 excellent courses and if you need more variety, other courses can be found at Greencastle, Redcastle, Buncrana and Derry City.
