The Cove restaurant in Portnablagh and The Mill in Dunfanaghy are excellent fine dining restaurants. There are also 2 hotels in the village which also have restaurants. There is an excellent music scene providing live contemporary and traditional entertainment.

There is an abundance of beaches in the area and the stunning headland of Horn Head offers some amazing views. Glenveigh National Park and the beautiful Ards Forest Park and Friary are all within a 15 minute drive.
