There are 3 good sized bedrooms to sleep 6 people and all are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom features a patio door which leads to an outdoor terrace area, a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
The spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area is located upstairs on the first floor and is well appointed in a stylish, contemporary design. It boasts full height glazed windows which provide stunning panoramic sea views over Portnablagh Harbour, Sheephaven Bay and Horn Head.
Portnablagh is a delightful tiny village with a small beach and fishing harbour. It is sheltered on 3 sides and is often used by fishing and pleasure boat owners. There area is very popular with tourists in the summer as it is close to the picturesque village of Dunfanaghy. Dunfanaghy Golf Course and the many local golden sandy beaches dotted around Sheephaven Bay. Glenveagh National Park and Glenveagh Castle is a must see and only 30 minutes from the property.
Marble Hill is also very near and home to a very beautiful Blue Flag beach which offers safe swimming and is a magnet for watersports including, surfing, body-boarding, paddle boarding, sea-kayaking, wind-surfing and sailing. There are 2 surf shops in Dunfanaghy where equipment is available for hire. There are also a number of excellent pubs and restaurants in the local area.

The holiday home is in a new development just off the main coast road and overlooks Portnablagh Harbour. It is walking distance to Portnablagh Beach and Portnablagh Pier. It is also within walking distance to Sessiagh Lake which is very popular for fishing. The local restaurant The Cove is a short walk from the holiday home. Dunfanaghy Golf Course, Killahoey Beach and the village of Dunfanaghy are only 3km away, only 3 minutes drive. Dunfanaghy has a number of shops, craft shops, surf shops, pubs and restaurants. Please note this holiday home is newly built and part of the new development site remains unfinished. It by no means impinges on the standard of the house or causes a hazard, however there is an area of ground fenced off.

Booking/breakages deposit of 100 euro or stg£100 - with full rental fee to be paid four weeks prior to the letting period. Deposit is fully refundable after property inspection.
