Sea-Scape Cottage is a charming Irish self-catering cottage located in the beautiful grounds of the famous 4* Star Rathmullan House Hotel.

This Rathmullan cottage boasts an excellent location as it is walking distance to the village and golden sandy beach and next to the prestigous Rathmullan Country House Hotel with excellent Spa and superb award-winning restaurant.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It is spacious with cosy furnishings throughout and authentic cottage feel. There is a quirky spiral staircase leading to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 twin beds. The ground floor is open plan with a cosy living room area kitchen and conservatory which opens out to wonderful large gardens. The gardens overlook the stunning Rathmullan beach, making the area an excellent choice for walks, leisure and a play area for children.

Rathmullan is a beautiful historic seaside village, very popular with visitors in the summer. It is an excellent area for deep-sea fishing and is home to the annual Lough Swilly Deep Sea Fishing Festival held in June every year. The area is also very popular for horse-riding with an abundance of meandering routes across dunes and endless beach. The Golden Sands Riding Stables are based in Rathmullan with other equestrian centres in Milford and Carrigart.

Don't miss a boat trip on the Swilly Explorer taking in the sights of Inch Island, Buncrana and Fanad. Donegal's other attractions include Glenveagh National Park, Donegal Castle and Ards Forest Park among many others.

The village is located only 15 mins drive from the main town of Letterkenny, which has a Theatre, Cinema, Sports Complex and Shopping Centres. Local attractions include Glenveagh National Park, Ards Forest Park, Donegal Castle, Dunlewey Centre, Errigal Mountain, Muckish Mountain, Tory Island.

The main living area is a large open plan area with a multi fuel stove and economy electric heating. A spiral staircase leads from this area to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen and downstairs shower room are separate from this large comfortable area where patio doors lead from the dining conservatory to the front lawns overlooking Rathmullan's long sandy beach.
