Ballyward is a small village in the Mourne Area of outstanding natural beauty in southern County Down. The nearest town is Rathfriland and it's also close to Newcastle and Banbridge. It's location in the foothills of the Mourne Mountains makes this a good base for hikers who want to explore the area.
