Dundrum is 4 miles north of Newcastle and is known for it's 12th century Norman castle which stands on a rock above Dundrum Bay. Self catering Dundrum visitors will enjoy the rugged beach and dunes around the village are owned by the national trust. The village provides pub and restaurant facilities.
