Bluebell & Blackberry Cottages - Lisnaskea, Fermanagh

Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages are two of 10 Coradillar Cottages on the shores of Upper Lough Erne at Corradillar. Set on the lakeshore, the cottages have a private jetty and woodland on site, and are an ideal base to explore Fermanagh.

There are two styles of cottage at Corradillar, each providing self catering accommodation for 8 people with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Purpose built, the holiday cottages offer spacious accommodation and are suitable for year round use with central heating and all the comforts of home.

The living areas have comfortable lounge furniture for 8 people, wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player. French doors open unto a deck where outdoor chairs, picnic table and charcoal barbeque are provided.

Each cottage has its own garden area and private car parking for three cars. The site is accessed via electronic gates and the cottages re set back 300 metres from the road providing a safe environment for children and well behaved pets, who are welcome. There is a large mown grass area for outdoor games and a children's play area. An outdoor shed is provided for storing bikes, fishing equipment and other sports equipment.

The extensive gardens lead to the lakeshore where there is a private jetty available for your use. The area is a hot bed for activities and stunning attractions.

Castle Coole is well worth a visit and only 14 miles away. A magnificent neo-classical house designed by James Wyatt, family home of the Earls of Belmore. It has remarkably fine interiors and exquisite furniture and furnishings from the period before 1830.

Crom Castle Estate is situated in 1,350 acres of woodland, park land and wetland and is one of Northern Ireland's most important nature conservation areas.

Don't miss Florencecourt one of the most interesting and important houses in Ulster, built in mid-eighteenth century by John Cole. The house has magnificent plaster work and its striking rococo dining-room ceiling was fortunately saved from fire in 1955. The grounds provide an excellent picnic site or a place to just sit and admire the views.

This is the perfect base to explore the lakeland county of Fermanagh.
