Inis Mor Holiday Home is located on the romantic island of Inis Mor on the Aran Islands, off the coast of County Galway.
The 3 bedroomed holiday home enjoys stunning views of Brannoch Island and the lighthouse. There is underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs to keep you warm all year round. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer dryer. Outside has a large cedar Deck with fantastic views over the Islands and Connemara.
Stretching out of Galway Bay on the westerly fringe of Europe, The Aran Islands are a testament to the resilience of both the limestone landscape and its peoples through the ages. Its barren rock formations, its cliffs and shores and its flora and Fauna all moulded by the Atlantic.
It has ancient stone forts, churches and monasteries of historical significance. In the more recent centuries, it has provided inspiration to some famous writers and poets and artists. In the present day Gaelic is the first language used by islanders, and is a thriving community, with much to do and see for all.
This is truly a wonderful romantic spot on the edge of the Atlantic ocean. An authentic get away from it all destination.

Nearest Airport: Inverin Airport 17 miles west of Galway City
Nearest Ferry: Kilronan - Rosaveal, Conemara at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Galway City 30 km - Rossaveal Ferry Port
Nearest Beach: 5 minutes

Two ferry companies operate a regular services from Rossaveal to Kilronan, the main village on Inis Mór. Both companies offer four services a day during peak season evenly spaced between 9am and 6pm. A regular coach service links Galway to Rossaveal which is located about 50km (one hour drive) the city. The crossing takes about 40 minutes. For those that prefer to travel by air, Aer Arann operate a service from Connemara Regional Airport at Inverin. Unfortunately Inverin is also located some distance from Galway city - about a 45 minute drive. A coach service is available from the city. Air fares are competitive with ferry prices and package deals including accommodation are often available. The view from the air on a clear day is amazing so its worth checking out.Availability
