Sunnybank is a period holiday home of immense character whose history is part of the history of Clifden town itself. It is uniquely situated in its own mature gardens yet only 100 meters from the town centre. Sunnybank House sleeps 22 people with 11 Bedrooms and 11 Bathrooms. It is the ideal self-catering accommodation for a large group. There are 2 other properties which can also be rented out on the estate with a third nearby.

Sunnybank Lodge is a period style house is situated to the west of the main house and Sunnybank Cottage is an elegant renovation is set in its own gardens and borders the main estate.

Seaside Cottage is an old Irish cottage which has been recently renovated into a luxurious large cottage is set on a spectacular site overlooking Streamstown Bay.

Clifden is the capital of Connemara and recognised as one of the most scenic and unspoilt regions in Europe. One hour from Galway City and Westport, the area is blessed with stunning beaches, mountains, the Connemara National Park, and traditional irish fishing villages.

Clifden has a population of 1000 people with a vibrant cultural town with many restaurants, pubs, shops and a weekly local market. Fishing boats leave from the quay daily, providing fresh fish available locally to buy.

There are many activities for all including the Ballyconeelley Championship Golf links, Clifden Boat Club, Delphi and Killary adventure centres, The station house theatre, daily boat trips to the islands. It is truly an excellent base for discovering the real Ireland with it's unrivalled beauty and heritage.

You will find deserted beaches, (unusual these days) or stroll throughout the countryside at your will where you will view Connemara ponies, wildlife, flora and fauna or simply relax in the peace and quiet!
