This luxury holiday home is part of the Sunny Bank Estate situated on Church Hill overlooking the town of Clifden in County Galway.

Sunny Bank Lodge sleeps 8 people, has 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. The Lodge is is located on the grounds of Sunnybank Estate which features the period home Sunny Bank House (also on this site). All the bedrooms have been tastefully decorated using a mixture of antique furniture and local stone and Irish tweed. We insist on providing very good quality beds and bed linen to ensure a very comfortable nights sleep. The bedrooms are very spacious with excellent storage facilities and are all ensuite. There is underfloor heating throughout the lodge and all the floors are real oak floor boards. The heating can be controlled in each individual room. There is one ground floor bedroom and three upstairs bedrooms with a large hall and landing in between. All the bathrooms are large with Villeroy and Boch fittings for a luxurious finish.

The Lodge is within one minutes walk to the Clifden town centre, it sits on Church Hill over-looking the town, yet affords adequate privacy. It is a newly-built residence combining modern luxury with period style ambient décor. Your stay also includes access to The Station House Leisure Centre, which has a Pool, Sauna, Steam-room, Jacuzzi, Gym and Beauty Salon.

There are 2 other properties on the estate which can also be rented out, with a third holiday home nearby.

Clifden has a population of 1000 people with a vibrant cultural town with many restaurants, pubs, shops and a weekly local market. Fishing boats leave from the quay daily, providing fresh fish available locally to buy.

There are many activities for all including the Ballyconeelley Championship Golf links, Clifden Boat Club, Delphi and Killary adventure centres, The station house theatre, daily boat trips to the islands. It is truly an excellent base for discovering the real Ireland with it's unrivalled beauty and heritage.
