Rose Cottage is a beautiful brand new holiday home in Ballinskelligs with spectacular ocean views.

This 4 bedroomed self-catering holiday home is in a fantastic location, overlooking Ballinskelligs Bay, close to Ballinskelligs Blue Flag Beach with stunning views of the mountains and sea. It is an Irish traditional style house surrounded by a large garden with a private patio area, barbeque and garden furniture. Pets are very welcome . Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. Upstairs there is a very large den, which is ideal as a play room for the children or somewhere to escape from it all!

The nearest beach is Ballinskelligs Blue Flag beach is a ten minute walk. The shop, local pub and restaurant are also within walking distance where you will enjoy a high standard of food and drink served in a homely and friendly atmosphere.

Ballinskelligs is a quiet beautiful small village near the world famous Ring of Kerry. The nearby towns Caherciveen and Waterville are only 15 minutes away. Waterville is renowned for its magnificent links Waterville Golf Course. There are other Golf Courses at Dooks, Beaufort, Kenmare and Killarney.

Visit the famous Skelligs Chocolate Factory where you can watch the delicious luxury chocolates being made. Take a boat trip to the famous Skellig Michael Island. A visit to the Cill Rialaig Famine Village and artists retreat is a must where you can meet artists from all over the world working on their masterpieces. Horse riding, canoeing and wind surfing are just a few of the local amenities. There is superb fresh water fishing in the lough at Waterville with an abundance of wild salmon and sea trout. There is also superb sea angling all along the coast and boats can be hired locally.
