Kenmare Holiday Homes and Lodges are 4* Star superior self catering accommodation built on the stunning Kenmare Bay Hotel Resort surrounded by breathtaking scenery in one of the most beautiful natural environments in Europe.

These luxury holiday rentals provide 2 bedroomed lodges to sleep 4 people and 3 bedroomed holiday homes to sleep up to 7 people. The accommodation has been designed and furnished to a very high standard of contemporary elegant comfort. Each home is bright and spacious. The kitchen flows though to the open planned dining room and luxurious lounge area with ambient fireplace and large flat screen TV, DVD and Mp3 Docking Station. French doors lead from the dining area to an enclosed private landscaped garden.

Guests have full use of the Kenmare Bay Hotel facilities, including the Bay Leisure Centrewith a 20m swimming pool, children's pool, fully equipped gym, weight room, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and facilities for people with disabilities including a pool hoist. There is one holiday home that is fully wheelchair accessible. The resort also has a beauty salon and a choice of three excellent restaurants and bars all within strolling distance of your accommodation.

Kenmare is a town nestled amongst the Caha Mountains and dreamy Kenmare Bay and only a 3 minute walk from the resort. Additional Information About Rental Rates

Electricity is an extra charge and is payable on departure. Utility charges are additional, based on a set rate of € 10 per house per day and is payable upon arrival. (Prices subject to change)

There is one Travel Cot & High Chair available in each property.

Cleaning Service is available at an extra charge.

There is a Kids Club during some Midterm Breaks and parts of the Summer Holiday for Kids aged 5 – 12 years old. There is a €10.00 charge per child per session. A wide range of activities including arts & crafts, games, treasure hunts, painting, pottery and more. The Kids Club is hosted by qualified Childcarers. To avoid disappointment, participation in the kids club must be pre-booked one week prior to arrival.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of total booking value is required at the time of booking. Confirmation will be issued on receipt of deposit.

The balance will be debited from your credit card 4 weeks prior to arrival. This is non refundable. Should the booking be made within 4 weeks of arrival full payment will be debited immediately.

Upon arrival it is hotel policy to take a pre authorisation of 50% of the total booking amount, as a security deposit. The pre authorisation is cancelled on departure providing that there are no breakages.

• Please arrive to take possession of holiday homes/lodges between 4.00p.m. and 7.00 p.m. The property must be vacated by 10.00a.m. on the morning of departure. Check in/out at hotel reception. We would advise that you contact reception prior to your expected departure time in order to give the accommodation manager time to check the property for breakages as the pre authorisation will not be cancelled until the house is checked.

• The Kenmare Bay Hotel is not responsible for the loss of any valuables or property either during your stay or after departure.

• The number of people designated in the original reservation must not be exceeded.

• Guide dogs are welcome. Prior arrangements must be made at time of reservation. A cleaning charge may apply.

• Should guests behave in a disruptive manner, cause damage to property or indulge in any other behaviour deemed to be unreasonable by management the rental may be terminated without refund.

• Complaints should be notified immediately to our Duty Manager to give us the opportunity to deal with them as soon as possible.
