Shannon View is a 4*-Star Holiday Home located in the town of Carrick-on-Shannon on the edge of the beautiful River Shannon.
This 4 bedroomed home sleeps 10 people and is very comfortable, ideal for families, groups, weddings or hen/stag parties. Downstairs there’s a double bedroom, a sitting room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms upstairs including two double bedrooms and a triple room with single beds and two bathrooms. Outside there is a private patio area which is a with a sun trap during the summer.
The house boasts an excellent location as it is very close to the town. It is only a one minute walk so no need to drive. Enjoy evenings out in the local restaurants and pubs and walk home easily.
Carrick-on-Shannon is the County town of Leitrim and is considered one of the most beautiful inland waterway towns in Ireland. Whilst in recent years it has expanded greatly, Carrick retains its essential charm. Carrick boasts a vibrant nightlife with trendy bars, top nightclubs and a choice of fine restaurants. It is also known as the cruising capital of Ireland and home to some of the finest fresh water angling in Europe. Take a boat trip down the stunning River Shannon or stroll through the beautiful Lough Key Forest Park.

A non-refundable deposit of €200 euro per week booked is required to secure the reservation.
A damage/booking deposit shall apply. This is fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage to property and that the property is returned in a clean and tidy condition.
The person making the booking shall undertake not to do on their own part, or permit to be done by any member of their party, anything which may, in the opinion of the owners, be or become a nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way interfere with the peace or general comfort of others using the homes or neighbours in the surrounding area, especially between the hours 11.00 pm and 9.00 am. To so do will mean the immediate termination of the rental and payment of full rental and all charges. The owners decision on this is final.
The occupant and/or the person booking the accommodation are jointly and severally liable for the hire and utility charges where applicable, and compliance with these terms and conditions herein.
Vehicles other than passenger cars are not permitted at Shannon View, and are there at their own risk.
The management reserves the right to refuse a booking or refuse to continue a booking for any reason and at any stage of such booking, and to terminate the booking for breach of any of these conditions.
