Railway Cottage is situated on Northern Irelands North Coast, in the picturesque village of Castlerock.

The 3 bedroomed holiday home is beautifully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a private patio area with an enclosed courtyard and a barbeque area to enjoy the long summer evenings. There is convenient off road parking.

The cottage is within 2 minutes walk to the beach, shops, railway station and Castlerock championship golf course.

Downhill Estate overlooks Castlerock and provides great walks to Mussenden Temple overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

From Castlerock, Donegal lies to the west with Portstewart to the east. The cottage s the perfect base from which to explore the North coast of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Booking Conditions

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of £100 (€150) is payable on booking. The balance plus the good housekeeping deposit is to be paid, without further notification, a full eight weeks prior to start date. If the payment is not received in time then we will consider the hirer in breach of contract thereby canceling the booking.

Good Housekeeping Deposit:

A good housekeeping deposit of £75.00 (€110.00) is payable and should be sent as a separate cheque when sending the balance of the holiday cost This is an additional payment required at the same time as the total balance payment. This deposit will normally be returned in full within one week of departure provided the property is left as found and in a clean and tidy condition. The deposit will only be used in the event of loss, breakages or excessive use of oil and electricity.

Insurance:

We strongly recommend that all persons take out adequate travel insurance for their needs. We cannot be responsible for the costs if you fail to do so. The insurance should cover you if you have to cancel your holiday arrangements or if you incur any emergency or unforeseen expenses. The personal liability cover provided should also meet the cost of any damage or breakages incurred during your holiday period. It is advisable to take out a policy at the same time as booking to ensure cover if you have to cancel for whatever reason.

Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds will be made. In the event of cancellation prior to eight weeks the deposit is forfeit.
