Drumcorn Farm Cottage is set in beautiful, tranquil countryside, 3 miles from the Historic City of Londonderry / Derry and only 10 minutes from Donegal.
It is a comfortable, well equipped 3 bedroom cottage on a working dairy farm of 150 acres situated on the Londonderry to Donemana Road. The farm is situated in the middle of the Glendermott Valley and has stunning panoramic views of the Derryveagh Mountains in Donegal. The cottage has a barbecue, patio area and a large garden with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside in the long summer evenings.
Drumcorn Farm Cottage has a large spacious lounge with an open fire. All rooms within the cottage are heated with oil fire central heating. There is a fully fitted kitchen and dining area including cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer and microwave. The cottage also has a separate utility room which is complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Other rooms within the cottage are 1 double with an en-suite bathroom, 1 double room and 1 twin room. The main bathroom has a walk in shower and all towels and bed linen will be provided.
Derry City is a great city to explore, steeped in history with its famous City Walls, Guildhall Square, Museums, Foyle Cruises, Theatres and many Restaurants and bars to keep you busy.

Booking Conditions
A Deposit of £100.00 is payable on booking and non-refundable if booking is cancelled. This Deposit will normally be returned in full within one week of departure provided the property is left as found and in a clean and tidy condition. The deposit may also be used in the event of any loss or damage and breakages.
We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover your party against unforseen circumstances.
