Charlotte's Cottage is a charming traditional style Irish cottage in a beautiful countryside location, nestled at the foot of the majestic Benbradagh Mountain.

The self-catering holiday cottage is surrounded by beautiful gardens and rolling hills and offers splendid relaxing accommodation. It has 2 bedrooms to sleep 4 people with a double bed and twin beds. The cottage has been lovingly refurbished and retains many of the original features. It has a traditional stable door leading to a small hallway and open plan living and dining area with open fire, perfect for romantic cosy evenings.

The traditional cottage is attached to the main farmhouse, where the owners live. Guests have full use of the private gardens and are welcome to stroll the delightful country lanes. The views of Benbradagh Mountain are spectacular and The Sperrin Mountains are very popular with hill-walkers and cyclists.

Dungiven is a small town and well located between the main cities in Northern Ireland, Belfast and Derry. Londonderry is a historic medieval city and boasts the finest city walls in Europe. The county also has one of the finest Blue Flag beaches, Benone beach which is within easy reach of the cottage. The famous North Coast with the Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge are all on the touring route and easily accessible. In the other direction, the cosmopolitan city of Belfast is only an hour away.

Charlotte's Cottage is a wonderful traditional Irish cottage in a unique idyllic countryside setting. It is a fantastic touring base for exploring the best of Northern Ireland.

Additional Information About Rental Rates

Electric and heating included in rates.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available at the main farm house. There is no additional charge.

Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times in the interest of safety.

Wheelchair Suitability - Charlotte's Cottage is unsuitable for a Wheelchair User.

We have 2 other properties which would be suitable. Jessie's Lodge and The Byre have level access and are single storey buildings. However, we would recommend that Jessie's Lodge would be more suited for people who are wheelchair users but have some mobility. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this in more detail.

Sorry but we do not accept pets.

Cottages are all strictly non-smoking.

Booking Conditions

HOW TO BOOK

1. Check the availability of the dates and rates. Contact the owner.

2. Confirm how many nights you would like to book.

3. No Minimum or Maximum Stay. except for Bank Holidays.

4. To Book a 25% non-refundable Deposit of the total amount is due or you may pay in full. You will receive a PayPal Invoice and you may pay this either by Debit or Credit card. We do not accept e-Cheques.

5. Once payment has been received we will send you your booking confirmation by email and we ask that you bring this with you on your arrival day. Please note that until payment is received the Booking has not been confirmed.

6. The remaining Balance is due on the arrival day of your stay and this is to be paid in Pounds Sterling. We do not accept Cheques or Debit/Credit Cards on arrival.

7. Please confirm arrival time with owner. We are flexible with regards to the time that you arrive.

8. Departure Time is around 10am please.

9. If there's anything else that you would like to know or if you have any special requirements please send an enquiry.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU MIGHT NEED TO CANCEL

The Deposit that you made at the time of Booking is non-refundable and we shall not claim any further money from you. We would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you do need to cancel.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our accommodation will have been thoroughly cleaned throughout and we do expect Guests to respect the facilities. We understand that occasionally there might be an accident and something might get broken so do please let us know. However, intentional and malicious damage would not be tolerated and would be charged to the Guest.

Illicit trading or activities would not be tolerated and should this occur a Guest would be asked to leave immediately and would forfeit the remainder of their stay and no refund would be given.
