The Haven is one of five beautifully decorated and luxuriously equipped apartments right on the water in one of the most prime locations in the popular resort of Schull. The views are wonderful and the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep.
This luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is the penthouse of the complex. It features stunning sea views from the master bedroom and living room. Private patio with teak table and 6 chairs. Deluxe gas barbeque. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Office with computer and wireless broadband. The living room is equipped with stereo CD, DVD and an innovative 42 inch plasma TV that revolves from the master bedroom onto the living room. Sky+ box satellite TV with the premium movie channels and kids channels. The second bedroom is definitely a girls room, being decorated in a dream of pink and orange.
5 minutes walk to the village means you can leave your car and sample the many local bars and fine restaurants. There is plenty to keep you occupied on your holiday. Ferries run several times a day to nearby islands. The Mizen peninsula is famous for its unspoiled beaches and scenery. It is a popular sailing destination with a big regatta the first week in August.

Booking Conditions
A non-refundable booking deposit of €150 is required to secure booking.
The balance of the payment is required no less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of €100 must be paid prior to arrival.
The deposit will be refunded once the cleaning crew has completed the turnover of the apartment.
The deposit will be sent by check to the guest within two to three days
It is expected that the apartment be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing.
All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags.
Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit.
