The Coach House is an excellent holiday cottage located on the grounds of the historic Prehen House in Londonderry with private woods and stunning views of Derry, the river Foyle and the hills of Donegal.
This 2 bedroomed coach house has been lovingly restored retaining much of the original character with beautiful exposed beams being a main feature. There are two living rooms, one with a cosy open fire and the other with a library.
The Coach House is part of the beautiful Prehen House, regarded as one of the most significant heirlooms in the North West dating back to 1740. The Georgian listed house is brimming with a colourful history and attracts many visitors with daily tours in the summer and hosts Murder Mystery Events.
The property is situated outside the city centre, between the Everglades Hotel and City of Derry Golf Club, amid an ancient woodland, a real haven for walkers, naturalists and historians.
The historic walled City of Derry is reached within minutes with an abundance of sights, attractions, pubs, restaurants, theatre and shopping opportunities.
The Coach House is a wonderful private retreat in a stunning location near a beautiful city.
