Holiday Homes are 3 bedroomed holiday cottages located on the outskirts of Portnablagh village near Dunfanaghy in County Donegal.

There are 6 purpose built holiday cottages which can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The cottages are next to each other which makes them an ideal option for groups of up to 24 people. The cottages are rated as 1 star accommodation by the Irish Tourist Board.

The cottages are set against a beautiful scenic backdrop and are convenient to beautiful sandy beaches. Portnablagh Beach and Marble Hill Beach are only 5 minutes from the cottages which are popular for watersports, surfing, sailing and sea-kayaking.

There is a wonderful restaurant in Portnablagh 'The Cove' which serves fine local cuisine. The Shandon Hotel in nearby Marble Hill is also set in a lovely location to enjoy a bite to eat with beautiful sea views. It also has an excellent Spa and Wellness Centre if you like to be pampered!

Dunfanaghy village is very close and has a good choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a bank in the village but the nearest ATM machine is in the village of Creeslough. Horse-riding stables are located in the village and cater for all ages and levels. There is a surf shop where lessons can be arranged and a very good kids club in the summer.

This is an excellent location for a family holiday or groups. Donegal is a fantastic location with majestic scenery, beautiful coastal and mountain walks, a perfect base to explore North West Ireland.
