Roosky is a picturesque village on the banks of the River Shannon. The river and the local loughs provide excellent fishing. There's an annual summer festival and ample opportunities to enjoy horse riding, watersports and hiking. The village has a marina and harbour and is well equipped with restaurants and pubs.
