Tipperary town could be the best known town in Ireland due to the famous song. Situated in the southwest of County Tipperary, the town now has a 19th century look.

It is a Heritage town with beautiful coloured shop-fronts. The town is home to Tipperary Race Course. There's an 18 hole course at Tipperary Golf Club a mile form the town.
