Once an old school house it has been lovingly converted and restored into a luxurious modern accommodation. Great care has been taken to preserve the traditional character of the building and to blend the old into the new. The 5 comfortable bedrooms are tastefully furnished in keeping with the setting and sleeping 9 people make it an ideal holiday home for groups or large families.

Two large bright reception rooms with open fires, comfortable luxury furnishings and televisions provide ample space for relaxation. A fully equipped modern kitchen makes cooking a breeze and the elegant dining room with picturesque views over the rolling countryside make dining a delight. The house is located at the foot of the Sperrin Mountains within walking distance of the historical village of Ardstraw where you will find a Spar shop, post office, restaurant. Close by, the River Derg is renowned for fishing and canoeing and the onsite Activity Pursuits Adventure Centre can cater for most sports enthusiasts. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses can be found near Baronscourt less than five miles away. It is a short drive to Strabane town where you will find shopping and restaurants or twenty miles away you can visit historical Derry City with its’ famous city walls, Guildhall Square, entertainment and restaurants. Spend a day at the Ulster American Folk Park and experience an age gone by or take a scenic drive through Gortin Glens and beyond to the Fermanagh Lakelands. How about a picnic on the beach in beautiful Buncrana just 33 miles away in County Donegal or slightly further away, Portrush the north’s premium holiday resort in County Antrim.
