The one street village of Annestown overlooks a beautiful white sand beach and is favoured by visitors seeking tranquility and fresh air.

Many species of birds may be seen by simply walking along the River Anne or the cliif top trails at both ends of the beach. The Copper Coast Geopark is located nearby.
