An Rinn, (Ring) is known in Irish , is an Irish speaking area on the western shores of Dungarvan Bay. It is well known for the Irish College there and the hosts of sea birds at An Cuinigear.

Crafts in the area include Criostal na Rinne finely cut crystal, and Irish Wildlife Mobiles at Sean Phobal. Ring lies on the Gaeltacht and Galltacht Drive.
