Ballyeden Country House is a stunning luxury residence located between the villages of Camolin and Ferns in North Wexford.

The 3 bedroomed house sleeps 10 people comfortably with extra rooms in the attic conversion that an double up as play rooms or sleeping rooms.

The house is beautifully designed and furnished to a very high standard with wooden floors, luxury carpeting in the bedrooms, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, luxury drapes, linen and quilts. The master bedroom is especially large with double doors opening onto a superb south facing deck. The main family bathroom includes a wetroom style waterfall shower and double jacuzzi bath.

There is a separate Games Room equipped with a pool table and games to entertain children. Summer guests will enjoy the large south facing deck, patio area with barbeque, outdoor furniture, trampoline and full sized all weather table tennis. Winter guests will enjoy nights by the open fire, and an extensive DVD collection to be enjoyed on the flat screen TV.

The house is surrounded by rolling countryside, set on its own acre of ground. Close to the house is Ballymore Historic Features, a working farm with museum, picture gallery, farm display, 1798 Rebellion exhibition and tea room. Within a 10 minute drive you will find the Horse Riding and Trekking Centre in Ballycanew, Shule Deer Farm and Ferns Castle. There are 4 Golf Courses all within a 20 minute drive. There is plenty more to see and do in the nearby towns and villages. Kids will enjoy the Courtown amusements and swimming complex, go shopping in Gorey which also has good restaurants or for a unique dining experience try Papa Rhodes in Ballycanew.
